 1. Order policy

 Free shipping to worldwide for any orders by China Post Air Mail.

After the first paid order, Customer will be upgraded to Advanced member. With this grade, customer will enjoy 10% off for the next orders.

For the customers that total amount of paid orders reach $500, We will upgrade them to VIP member, which will enjoy 15% off for the next orders.

 2. Discount policy

 1).Order discount

   If the order is over 10 bags or wallets, you will enjoy 10% discount off;

   If the order is over 20 bags or wallets,  you will enjoy 15% discount off;

   If the order is over 100 bags or wallets, you will enjoy 20% discount off.

After the first paid order, Customer will be upgraded to Advanced member. With this grade, customer will enjoy 10% off for the next orders.

For the customers that total amount of paid orders reach $500, We will upgrade them to VIP member, which will enjoy 15% off for the next orders.

 2).Western Union/MoneyGram discount

 We offer extra 8% off for western union/ moneygram payment.

 3. Exchange policy

 We allow you to apply the products exchange when you find the products have quality problems or not the style you order in 3 days after you have received parcel.
Please include the information in your email:
 1).The tracking number of your order;
 2). The reasons why you want to exchange the handbags.
Please note that all the items must be returned new and unused within 3 business days of receipt for exchange.
 In order to exchange the items you will need to ship the items back on your expense with a courier and provide a valid tracking number.
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that no items gets damaged during shipping and that all the original tags are still attached.

 4. Shipping policy

We ship to worldwide for Free.

If the order is less then $200,   we will ship by China Post Air Mail, Which will take about half a month to delivery to worldwide. To track the China Post Air Mail parcels, go to this website: http://intmail.183.com.cn/

For the orders that are over $200, we will ship by EMS, the deliver time is about one week to worldwide. The tracking website of EMS is: http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp .

After we ship the orders, The tracking numbers will be uploaded to the orders online, and then the tracking number will be sent by emails to the buyers. 

We also accept the other shipments such as DHL, FedEx, UPS etc.  The delivery time normally is about 3 to 5 days. If the buyers choose these couriers,  you need to send email to us, we will recalculate the total amount of the orders to you.

You are welcome to ask us for drop shipping. As your reliable partner we will ship the products to your customers directly without putting any additional information in the parcels.

 5. Payment

 1). Credit card payment

 We accept the Visa and Master card payment.
 This is a convenient way to pay by online.
 If the payment of your transaction was failed, the reason may be as below:
 1) Invalid address, do not write invalid letter like /,-- , or Latin, Spain letters ,only English letter.
 2) Invalid expiration date.
 3) Transaction cannot be processed. Max number of bad attempts has been reached.
 4) Risk denied the transaction
 5) Invalid Credit Card number (parameter credit_card_number).
 6) Transaction declined by bank
 7) The checksum submitted is invalid.

 2). Paypal

 bagsclub.com accepts Paypal payment.

 3). Moneygram or Western Union

 The quickest way to send the money, And we can receive the money in 10 minutes. If you choose these payments, You can enjoy extra 8% off for your order.

 4). Bank Wire Transfer

 It will take us for 2 to 3 business days to receive the payment. If you choose these payments, You can enjoy extra  8% off for your order.
